The Project is led by Merseyside Expanding Horizons (UK), in collaboration with Promimpresa (IT), Asociacija “Aktyvus jaunimas” (LT), AGIS, NOTE et INNOVE (FR) ,APROXIMAR (PT) and ICEP (SK).
MISSION
YC encourages young multicultural communities to become actors of change through local initiatives, planned at EU level, aimed to tackle discrimination and foster social inclusion.
